在寒假里我看了《老人与海》这本书。这本书写了一位老人常年独自在海上打鱼。有一次他钓到了一条大鱼，但是在返回的路上遇到了成群的鲨鱼，老人使出浑身解数和鲨鱼搏斗，鲨鱼把能吃的肉全都吃完了。结果老人拖回去的只是一副大鱼骨架。

这就是《老人与海》的故事。他告诉我在今后的学习生活中，也要像这位老人那样不惧怕任何困难，要尽自己最大的力量与困难作斗争。就像他说的一个人并不是生来就要给打败的，你可以消灭他，却不能打败他。他这种永不言败的精神让我很感动，并且会一直激励着我。

《老人与海》这个故事大家也听过，现在都拍成电影，也有歌曲了。我读《老人与海》后感到这个老人多么坚强与坚持，虽然穷但也是靠努力坚持下来的。

老人也非常有爱心，有一个小男孩，想跟他一起去航海，被老人拒绝了。因为航海，可能会失去生命，他不想一个小孩就这样死去，就不让他去。

在航海的日子里，老人饿了好久，也钓了好久鱼，渴了就喝海水，饿了就吃生鱼片或拉皮带绑肚子，老人坚持了好久都没倒，最后他钓到了大鱼很重很重，他用尽了全力，手都出血了。还是不行，他把其它鱼网都放掉了，只剩最后一个鱼网了。他和大鱼坚持了好久好久，都没放弃，到最后鱼逃了。这老人好坚强，在海上漂浮了好久好久，多坚持啊！我们应该向他学习！

前几天看到一则新闻，美国举行了一次很有兴趣的海明威模仿大赛来纪念他。我于是想起了海明威，也想起了他的《老人与海》。

我慢慢地移动鼠标，和那个老渔夫漂泊在大西洋上，温暖的墨西哥暖流带来了丰富的饵料，也带来了成群的鱼，上天注定将要发生一件不寻常的事，一条巨大的上了钩的鱼拖着船在海上游了几天，逃命的同时却又遭遇了鲨鱼的厮杀。一部短小的小说，一次特殊的捕鱼经历，简单的情节透着哪些东西呢？

不能忽视书中老人对孩子的爱，对大海的爱甚至对鱼类的爱，相信那是真挚的，当鲨鱼袭击那条鱼时，他心痛过，但是他也明白，为了生存，他不的不这样做，这就是生活，充满矛盾的生活。
