老师给我取了个英文名字叫EASON，老师说我这名字很帅气，歌手陈奕迅也是这英文名呢。第一节课的时候，我们学A——E的英文字母及数字0——5，还有跟大家打招呼的HELLO，EVERYONE，真有意思。
时间过的真快呀，30节课已经上完了。只剩下今天最后一节课了，是我们的成果发布会，我们做了自我介绍，用英文的哦，还玩了很多跟英语有关的游戏，我最喜欢玩的是：我是小小投球手，游戏规则是小朋友们先要抢答问题，每组选一名抢答对的小朋友进行投球PK，只有一分钟的投球时间哦，我邀请妈妈一起参考投球游戏，我们两个配合很默契，是全班投进球最多的一个，我一共投了12个，我真开心，平且发布会结束我得了一等奖哦。

Haroun Tazieff, the Polish scientist, has spent his lifetime studying active volcanoes and deep caves in all parts of the world. In 1948, he went to Lake Kivu in the Congo to observe a new volcano which he later named Kituro. Tazieff was able to set up his camp very close to the volcano while it was erupting violently. Though he managed to take a number of brilliant photographs, he could not stay near the volcano for very long. He noticed that a river of liquid rock was coming towards him. It threatened to surround him completely, but Tazieff managed to escape just in time. He waited until the volcano became quiet and he was able to return two days later. This time, he managed to climb into the mouth of Kituro so that he could take photographs and measure temperatures. Tazieff has often risked his life in this way. He has been able to tell us more about active volcanoes than any man alive.

(一)对英语教学要重新认识
1、学习外语与情意的关系。外语课堂教学既是一个掌握外语的认知过程，也是一个激励情意的过程。课堂教学中的情意因素包括情意和意志。情意包括动机、兴趣、态度、气质、性格和良好的习惯等。学生在学习、掌握外语的过程中伴随着传递情意的活动，学习外语和交流情意相互间紧密联系，相互促进，组成一个整体。情意的产生受学习外语认知活动的影响，学习外语的认知活动能促进情意由低级向高级发展，由低层次向深层次发展。学生初学外语时，会产生一种好奇心，好奇心不断获得满足，从而又产生了求知欲;求知欲不断获得满足，进而树立了自信心;自信心不断增强，并与崇高远大的理想相联系和强化，可使兴趣发展得更丰富，从而形成认知兴趣。因此，教师在外语课堂教学过程中，既要重视掌握语言知识和运用语言能力目标的完成，又要重视情意目标的实现。但是，当前有些外语课堂教学还未把情意目标提到教学议事日程上来，或者有意无意地把它忽视了。
2、语言知识与交际能力的关系。语言是重要的交际工具。学习英语的目的，不仅仅是掌握语言知识，更是为了提高运用语言进行交际的能力。英语教学的最终目的是获得为交际运用语言的能力，这种能力只能通过实践训练才能获得。语言知识的传授不能代替听说读写技能训练和为交际运用语言能力的培养，我们应在教学中将掌握语言知识、培养言语技能和为交际运用语言的能力有机地结合起来，达到学以致用的目的。例如，在学习了“天气预报”这一课后，我除了在课堂上让学生用所学句型自由对话外，还找来多期China Daily，让学生参阅天气预报这一版进行对话。学生在自由交谈中既巩固了所学知识，又扩大吸收了书本外相关的语言知识，更重要的是，在交际活动中还提高了他们的听、说、读、写和语言交际的能力，达到了多元培养目标。
(二)对英语教学理念的反思
面对新教材，首先思想观念要转变，有了新的观念才能接受新事物。如果观念没有更新，新教材、新课程都只能是空谈，无非是“穿新鞋，走老路”，新课程的实施简单地被视为换一个大纲、换一套教材、调整一些课程内容。对生动活泼的课程内容进行肢解，使其成为不胜其烦的“知识点”的堆砌，把“Reading”当成讲解知识点的例子。教师的教育思想是在长期受应试教育的影响下形成的，很多人崇尚“苦读”、“勤教”，不以人为本，“应试第一，分数至上”，把学生基本上看成是挣分的机器，对学生“乐学”的潜能几乎没有开发，英语教学过程过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授，忽视对学生实际语言运用能力的培养。这种教学观念与新课程的要求极不相适应。因此，为了适应新课程，要突出“以学生为主体”的思想，教师在教学活动中要做到：
1、建立“以学生为中心”的主体观。教学活动以学生在课堂上做事为主，教师的作用是负责组织、引导、帮助和监控，引导学生学会认知、学会做事，让学生经历获取知识的过程，关注学生各种能力的发展，促进其知识与技能、过程与方法、态度与价值观的全面发展，建立学生自主探索、合作学习的课堂模式，创设和谐、宽松、民主的课堂环境。追求学习结果转向追求学习过程，真正把学生当成获取知识发展自我的主人。“一切为了学生，为了学生的一切，为了一切学生”，切实构建“以学生为中心”主体观。
2、建立“以能力为中心”的教育质量观。传统教学是由老师单向灌输知识，以考试分数作为衡量教育成果的唯一标准，教师注重学生在课堂教学中接受现成的知识和结论。这种“守成性”教育严重影响了对学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。为了适应知识经济时代的要求，更好地培养具有创新精神和创新能力高素质人才，要求课堂教学不仅仅是传授基础知识、基本技能的过程，同时也是一个不断培养学生创新精神和实践能力的过程，教师所讲授的知识应该成为培养学生英语能力的“火种”。也就是说，课堂教学是一个在老师引导下学生主动参与、独立思考、自主发现、不断创新和培养实践能力的过程，让学生由“学会”转变到“会学”。

期末考试即将来临，为了更好的复习迎考，外语组全体教师通过讨论，针对学生的实际情况，结合考试的各个题型，特制定期末复习指导计划如下：
一、 考试的第一个题型是听力题。我们每周力争做到有三次听力专项训练，要有质量，有效率。指导学生在听时，要排除外界可能出现的各种干扰，将整个身心投入到解题中，要充满自信和勇气，如做一道题后仍在回想刚才所听的对话，考虑自己的选择是否正确，势必贻误更多机会，造成后面的题目无法听懂。其次，要想听得懂，必须自己读的准，在记单词、读课文时，要求学生大声朗读，注意语调、连读、重读、弱读。

一、了解生情，有的放矢
较上学期而言，这学期师生之间的关系较上学期和谐许多。之前由于分班，造成了我所任教的班部分学生是我之前的学生，而另外一个班对我来说几乎都是不熟悉的新面孔，一些学生由于适应之前教师的教学而由此对我产生了排斥感，而这种情景到此刻已经不复存在。该班学生基础差，对英语又没有兴趣，也没有探究精神，学生所问的问题屈指可数，多数学生自学本事很差，学习没有计划性和策略性，可是上课大多比较认真，只是不踊跃，学生的词汇记忆将比较薄弱。
为了使这些学生喜欢我的教学，我使出了浑身解数，在备课中充分研究到学生实情，在日常的教学中异常重视学生对词汇的学习与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，不断督促学生多背单词、短语及一些好的句子，适时向学生介绍常用的词汇学习策略。经过我的努力，学生英语学习兴趣有了提高，成绩有了更加大提高。
二、认真备好每一堂课，注重结合学生学情。
我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，可是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材资料做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅仅要备教材，并且还要备教法，好好地利用我们的教辅，英语周报;除此之外，更要备学生，了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，根据学生的实际情景(即学情)采用适合易于他们理解的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”。
备好课之后，组织展开教学活动也十分重要，在每一次的教学中，我都注意尽可能把原本枯燥的知识点生动化，为学生营造一种自然简便的课堂气氛。这学期的模块六是选修课本，注重文化的渗透，比如说诗歌，小说等等。在教学中我会适当给学生播放一些片段，使文化的渗透显得更直观，同时，课堂也有更有气氛。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。
三、精心选用教辅材料，切实提高学生综合运用英语本事
本学期我选用英语周报作为教辅，以此为基础适当添加适合学生的综合练习题。根据生情，对其中的练习进行了选择处理，选用其中的基础知识题起到了做为随堂练习和课前小测的作用，巩固了课文词汇及课文资料。这一学期来周报中的单选经常超出学生所学的范畴，也只选择一小部分，对于较难的剩余练习用做分层作业布置给基础扎实的同学。
另外，研究到高二作为分水岭，学生综合运用英语的本事是十分重要的，在以英语周报为主体的情景下，我们备课组经过一些途径找到了一些难度适中的阅读和完形题，循序渐进地练，因为所选择的材料能补充课文的一些背景知识，提高了学生的学习兴趣。本学期在作业上都及时批改及时讲解，异常在分层次布置讲解作业方面，取得了不错的成效。
四、课外加强听、读、练，认真批改每一次作业。
英语是一种语言。困此，在课堂之外，多读、多听、多练是十分必要的。为此，每一次的早读，我坚持了解早读情景，发现问题及时纠正。并鼓励学生多去背诵课文中较好的句子，让学生在背诵中不断提高他们自我的语言的语感。
另外，由于部分学生对单词的记忆显得比较被动，这学期我坚持每周听写，每一天布置学生完成十个单词的背诵并采取部分或全部抽查等不一样方式检查，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的本事。另外，为了提高英语听力，除了经常给学生播放课文录音外，还坚持让每个班的学生利用课外时光每周至少听一次英语周报听力。
每周进行一次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情景，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情景不断改善教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。
当然，一学期的教学工作非三言两语所能说完。总的来说，学生的上课热情提高了，课后补缺补漏的也多了，然而成绩的提高还需一段时光，另外，始终使我忧心忡忡的学生词汇量不足的情景在这学期显得格外突出。在后面一年半时光我需要去应对并找到更好的解决办法。在努力上好课之余，为了不断提高自身水平及业务本事。我积极参加各种讲座，经常利用各校公开周的机会去听课“取经”，不断给自我“充电”，以适应时代发展对于教师职业技能的要求。
